During this case study, we will use an fintech company established in 2019 which chose to stay anonymous, we will be referring to the company as a fintech company in order to protect their privacy. They have a mobile app designed to reduce financial stress and improve the quality of life for its collaborators that allows employees to access their earned wages on-demand before payday, providing greater financial flexibility. Its services include financial products, health services, discounts and promotions, education, loyalty programs, digital payments, and insurance.
The Founder and CEO of the financial services company needed a partner who could act as their UX/UI design firm and help them build a hybrid mobile application for iOS and Android, as well as develop a new website and software infrastructure.
